This is one of the newest innovations in the ‘quit smoking’ marketplace
and has gained considerable popularity over the last couple of years.
While this too works on the premise of feeding your body nicotine, it
does so in a manner that almost duplicates your cigarette smoking
experience without any of the other associated perils. Is using an
electronic smokeless cigarette, you would essentially be ‘smoking’
nicotine through water vapour, with no actual tobacco or smoke.
As with other nicotine based products, you would need to lower the
amount of nicotine that you inhale, and over a period of time you can
get to ‘smoking’ only the water vapour.
